Dr. Colis Geren

The Collis Geren Interdisciplinary Advisor Award honors those faculty who provide outstanding mentorship to students in interdisciplinary programs housed in the Graduate School & International Education. This award was named in honor of Collis Geren, former Dean of the Graduate School, who was instrumental in interdisciplinary education at the University of Arkansas.

Nominations are solicited each spring semester by the Associate Dean for the Graduate School who acts as the Chair of Interdisciplinary Studies.
