   1. Program Change Request: MUSCMM: Music, Master of Music

   Eliminating GRE requirement for musicology concentration and Music Theory applicants. Program is interested in increasing the number of applications.

5. New Business. Program Changes, College of Engineering (Attachment A)
   1. Program Change Request: CVEGPH: Civil Engineering, Doctor of Philosophy

   Adding a GRE requirement for applicants who do not possess an ABET-accredited degree. The addition of a GRE requirement allows for a more consistent evaluation of applicants from varied backgrounds who have not earned an engineering degree accredited by ABET. It allows CVEG faculty to render a more informed assessment of applicants' writing and technical abilities. It is also useful for identifying students for graduate funding that have earned degrees from programs with which CVEG faculty are not familiar.

   2. Program Change Request: CVEGMS: Civil Engineering, Master of Science
