  2. Announcement: The Blockchain Center of Excellence in the Walton College of Business has been approved by UA administration and will be on the March agenda of the Board of Trustees.

New Business, Program Change Proposals, College of Engineering, Department of Biological and Agricultural Engineering: Proposal to modify the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Biological Engineering (BENGMS; BENGPH) by adding a requirement for a journal quality paper and setting a maximum number of 4000-level courses that can be used for the degrees; making editorial changes to the catalog.
