  4. New Business, Program Changes, College of Education and Health Professions
    1. Bumpers College of Agricultural, Food and Life Sciences, School of Human Environmental Sciences, proposal to modify the Master of Science degree (HESCMS) by adding two new core courses to the curriculum: HESC 5111, HESC 5211. This will increase by two hours the total number of requirements for the degree.
    2. b. College of Engineering, Department of Industrial Engineering, proposal to add a new course delivery site for the Master of Science degree in Engineering Management (EMGTMS), the graduate certificate in Project Management (OPMGC) and the Master of Science in Operations Management degree (OPMGMS)
    Program change proposals and new program proposals may be viewed Program and Unit Changes page by clicking on program management. The proposals are also in Attachment A.
  5. New Business, Policy Change: On the basis of qualifying experience and 15 hours of course work in the area under consideration, faculty who do not hold the terminal degree may be approved for group 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 graduate faculty status. Proposed supplementary application form is Attachment B.
  6. Discussion item: Should we allow transfer credit for doctoral degrees?
  7. Course change reports from the University Course and Programs Committee (UCPC) (Attachment C)
  8. Graduate faculty recommendations for faculty: A preliminary list is attached (Attachment D). A complete list will be distributed at the meeting
